From Cofee to Tea

Today I am grateful I am on my second day without drinking coffee. It sure is very hard. I feel quite groggy without my morning drug :) I almost had one this morning when I went to get a sandwich at Subway. Luckily they didn't have coffee! Even Fate is favoring the healthy switch! So, I am encouraged :)

Room Sweet Room

Today I am grateful that I survived a very stressful week! I moved out from the previous room I was renting to our company's rented house. I love it because my room is bigger (and purple) haha! I also love my view outside and I can pull the blinds and there is more light. Most importantly, I will be with my fellow therapists and we can chat about whatever :) Today I am just grateful to feel freedom.
